Efficient transportation will be provided for all accredited participants throughout the event. This includes airport transfers, daily shuttle services, and information on available routes and parking. Airport transfers

QCSF will provide efficient, secure, and convenient transport services for all teams to participate in all official activities.

The transport services for teams will be available between accommodations and official venues including:

• The day of arrival and departure
• To and from competition/training venues

Bus transfer service between accommodations and venues will be arranged according to the competition and training schedule.

Shuttle service details

Arrival Transfers: Coordinated based on flight schedules, with ample vehicles allocated to accommodate delegations of all sizes.

Departure Transfers: Organized according to individual flight times, ensuring participants depart from their hotels 2–3 hours prior to flight departure.

Throughout the championship, dedicated shuttle buses will operate between the official accommodation venue, Grand Regency Doha, Trademark Collection by Wyndham and Education city, the main competition venue. These shuttles will run at regular intervals of 30–45 minutes, providing flexible and dependable service for all participants.
